The Wellness Connection

The Wellness Connection is an in person group where we will meet the second Monday of every month from 7.30pm to 9pm in my room, the next group is Monday the 12th of February where we will explore and create our own vision boards.

The idea came when a few clients had expressed a wish for a womens group - so I sat with it and  'The Wellness Connection' was born eventually🙈

The Wellness connection will be a relaxed group for women  to come and switch off for an hour and a half, each month we will cover a different wellness/self care topic at the end of the evening we will take time for some tea, treats & of course the chats - my hope would be that we will have guest speakers along the way.

My wish is for it to be a place to make connections & friendships with like minded people in a relaxed space.

The investment price for the group is €22.22* per month.

*occasionally the price may change depending on the activity/guest speaker that month.
