Reflexology is a wonderful treatment for babies and children. It is so soothing and calming for them. It is beneficial for sleeping, teething, digestive issues such as constipation, reflux & colic as well as there over all well - being.
Learn these techniques while having bonding time with your baby & meeting other mum's.
Class sizes will be limited to ensure that all mum's and babies are assured that they get time and are confident in their technique. Classes are very much baby led, mum's can feed, change nappy etc... If your baby is having a snooze you can still learn the techniques while you enjoy a tea/ coffee.
Class fee is €100 for the 4 weeks starting at 10.30am - it includes step by step tuiton, handouts and light refreshments.
(parking available to rear of the health Hub, along with a lift for anyone bringing baby's buggy.)
It will be held in the Health Hub in Loughrea, Co. Galway
Dates are: Monday May 27th, and june 10th, 17thand 24th 2024

No class June 3rd ( back holiday)
